PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TRAINING CONTINUES

Within the scope of Meltem A.Ş. Quality Management System, we continue our internal and external training with Performance Management System Trainings. In line with our organization's quality policy, vision, and mission, the activation of the Performance Management System is planned for 2019 to increase the efficiency of all our departments and business processes. For this purpose, Performance Evaluation Trainings for middle and senior managers have been initiated, and support has been obtained from a specialized consulting firm. In this process carried out together with Via Consultancy, the training will be gradually increased, and its efficiency will be monitored through practical applications.
